In the course of meat history, the three of us have worked on many fruitful projects, including a three-star Michelin restaurant run by world renowned chefs, a band (The Meatles) that has produced several Grammy award winning albums, and a Youtube channel garnering over one trillion subscribers since its creation.
The Meathole Eatery
At The Meathole Eatery, the experience is not just about the food; it's about immersing guests in a meat-centric journey. Live demonstrations are held regularly in the open kitchen, where chefs share their expertise on meat selection, cooking techniques, and unique flavor pairings. Sommeliers are on hand to suggest the perfect wine or craft beer to complement each dish.
The Meatles
The Meatles were an English rock band, formed in Hamburg, Germany in 1960, that comprised of Sir-Loin III, Bacon Some-Pork, and Valentina Price. They are regarded as the most influential band of all time and were integral to the development of 1960s counterculture and popular music's recognition as an art form. Many regard their 1967 album Magical Meat Tour as the greatest album of all time.
